1 can (15 ounces) mango slices, drained, cut into ¾ -inch cubes
1 can (7 ounces) corn with peppers, drained
¼ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground cumin
Method
1. Combine beans, mango, corn, onion and cilantro in a medium bowl.Stir in lime juice, garlic powder and cumin. Serve.
Substitutions
2. Fresh, frozen or canned mango and corn may be used in this recipe.
