Ingredients:
4 peaches, cut in half and pitted
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 vanilla bean, scraped
1 oz. honey
4 oz. toasted slivered almondsas needed oil blend (minimal)
Method
- In a hot sauté pan with a minimal amount of oil, caramelize the peaches.
- Bake in a 350°F oven if needed (to soften).
- In a bowl, mix together the vanilla bean, honey, and yogurt.
- Drizzle or scoop the yogurt over the peaches.
- Garnish with toasted almonds and serve.
